Sad Day

So my dad is out of the country at the moment. In Samoa with his brothers and father. Well... I left my phone at my grandma's on Monday so of course he was able to call me on Tuesday morning, and night. When he couldn't get ahold of me then he decided to call me this morning before he got on the plane to Western Samoa (where he wouldn't be able to call me) I didn't get my phone back until this afternoon at about 3:30!!!! How sad is that!?!?!?!?

of a true love's kiss, and a prince I'm hoping comes with this... Just kidding but considering it's Valentines day :)
So I feel really bad but I borrowed Amy's beaters to make frosting for a cake I was making. Let me just say this was the most difficult cake I have ever made!!!! First I halfed the recipe because when I make a full cake no one ends up eating the whole thing and it drives me crazy! Well I was doing really well with halving everything until I added the milk! I used the wrong measuring cup and had a ditzy moment... I ended up adding one cup of extra milk!!!! If that wasn't disastrous enough when I was making the frosting (7 Min of course, thats why I needed the beaters) in my makeshift double boiler the pan kept moving around so Morgan ended up helping me by beating the frosting while I held the pan steady. Sounds perfect right? Not! We were doing fine and moving towards the end of the 7 Min and then with one and a half min left for the frosting the beaters broke!!! How did the beaters break you ask? Let me explain... First one part of the beater disconnected itself from the rest of the beater by snapping off. As soon as that happened we turned the beater off but by the time we turned off the beater the part still connected had twisted itself around the rest of the beater!!!! Crazy huh!?

Well after the cake catastrophe I went to Amy's for dinner She had made roast and it was delicious! We then sat around and told stories about first kisses (or lack of then they headed for the fireside while I went back to my apartment and Morgan and Josh came back over to play games...

So I was looking at old pictures today and I realized ho long my hair used to be and how short it is now... I have decided I am going to grow it out again now!

This week was great but so busy! I finally have the time to update my blog... Over the weekend (Last weekend) I went up to Morgan (not Oregon) for my cousins baptism and I had so much fun! It was great to see everyone and I just love all of my cousins they are so cute, and great to be around. On Friday grandma and Mindy came to Provo to pick me up, when we got to Morgan we went to a basketball game. It was really fun to be there I saw Becky and Jon, Dan and Diane, Grandma Grandpa and Steph, and Natalie and Justin. Saturday was Rachel's baptism (which was awesome) and then later that night the Wheelwrights took me with them and we went to Ogden to watch The Fantastics! It was amazing and performed well. On Sunday was Rachels confirmation. We went to church and Mindy, Austin, Tyson and I sang a musical number in sacrament while becky played the piano. Then we had soups at Mindy's house. Grandma made chicken noodle soup and I shared mine with Chaselyn. ;)

After the party at Mindy's I went with Cam to her aunts house to watch the superbowl. It was fun and enjoyable... Oh and Uncle Andrew got me some pepper spray so my dad could be satisfied that I was safe, how cute is that?
This week was crazy busy I had a test, Cleaning checks, and lots of homework to get done but I finished it all!!! Oh and My dad left for SAMOA on Tuesday with the rest of his brothers, and his dad. How unfair is that?
Today was a lot of fun as well... I woke up to my phone crashing to the ground and Brianna (scared from the noise) gasping for air. It was so funny, but not at the moment. Bri and I went to the mall for a little while and then ended up over at Morgans to play games with her and Josh. We played phase ten and Josh won, but only because he cheated...

This week is practically over of all the stresses!!! I had three tests and didn't do to well on the first one so I was really worried but in the end I at least passed all of them (I got a 93 on my BoM test and the screen at the testing center said "way to go" it was so exciting!)! This week was insane but I am glad the stressful part is over! On Saturday my cousin Rachel is getting baptized so tomorrow after classes I will be heading up (down?) to Morgan for the weekend... Along with American Heritage stuff cause I'm taking that test on Tuesday! The most ridiculous thing about that test is that while I will be taking it my dad will be on his way to Samoa! Talk about unfair!!! Hahaha Abigail made Chicken Parmigana tonight (which I had never before had)It was really good too. Joe (her boyfriend), Kathrine (Her sister), and Matt (her sisters fiance) came over for dinner too. After Kathrine and Matt left we just hung out for a little while and of course teased Joe (he makes it so easy)We were teasing Joe mostly about how he says Weak so often. To him everything is so "weak" and it is just fin to tease him about it... Thats all for now

On Monday I woke up late (not that late considering my first class is at eleven) because my alarm never went off. On the bus I realized that I forgot my phone, charger, and my choir folder at home. After a long day of classes I went home to do homework and then Cam came at 6 to pick me up and we went to the library to write our papers. When I got home from writing my paper I went to Lauren and Erika’s house to watch Hercules! Tuesday I was at School until 5 writing my paper and then went home to have dinner before going to country swing dancing!!! Country Swing Dancing was so much fun I always love going to that!
Wednesday was RIDICULOUS I woke up (on time) and remembered everything that I needed for class. After classes I went to finish my papers. On my way home Abigail texted me to let me know that someone broke into our house, but here’s the catch nothing was stolen as far as we know. I was the last one to leave the house and the door was locked and ALL the doors in the house were closed (Because of my OCD) When Abigail got home the door was still locked but it was propped open with our garbage can, and all of our doors (and some cupboards) were open. Crazy right!? Well because nothing was stolen we couldn’t do anything about someone breaking into our house… Wednesday night Joe was over at our house and made my night! He was doing the extra credit quiz for Book of Mormon and all of the sudden he asked something about Ama-Licky-A also known as Amalickiah . We spent a good amount of time trying to convince him of the right pronunciation but he would not listen *sigh*
On Thursday Brianna texted me that in class the teacher had pronounced it Amalickiah, while Brianna and Abigail laughed, Joe just sighed. In Human development we watched birthing videos, C-section, Natural, and Epidural. While sitting in class I just kept thinking WHY in the world would you let someone tape your birth and then allow a group of students to watch it??? Doesn’t that seem just a little crazy!? After classes were done I went home and did laundry. Then help set up for the relief society dinner. After that Brianna and I watched Rigeletto, oh how I love that movie!
And then there was today… Oh today was insane! I was at school before 6 (Yes in the morning) had lu’au practice, that was fun, and then started my classes. On the way to my American Heritage lab from my Stats lab I either tripped or collapsed (seriously not sure which) over by the JFSB So now I have even more bruises and cuts (Yay me) I took my clogging test, and seriously messed up. Then went home to watch my fair lady but I ended up falling asleep. Now I’m awake and such a mess I figured maybe writing some things down would help me to distress but it doesn’t seem to be working… Did I mention I have FOUR tests next week. I also have to prepare for an audition and I am just going crazy I think I’m about to have a breakdown.
Tomorrow is supposed to be fun if I don’t end up freaking out about anything else. The plan is to go see When in Rome and from there go to the basketball game. If we can even get in! Well this seems like a kinda long post but whatever If you are still reading congrats you made it through my ramblings (I’m sooo sorry)!

Whoops!

I am so doomed!!!! Today I had clogging which was crazy because it is now an intermediate class and therefore harder! After clogging I went over to Helaman halls to say hi to Heather who is in town and leaving today. I ended up staying and playing Rummikub (such a fun game) then I went home. After getting home I realized that my jeans that I wore to school were missing!!!! (I didn't change back after clogging) Guess what was in those jeans... My keys! When I realized I didn't have my keys I called the locker room to see if they were in there. They haven't seen them so now I have to hope I can find my Jeans or pay for a new key. Ugh!
